Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 3-4 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

  • If there is a delay due to high order volume, we will notify you via email/phone.

Shipping Time

  • Domestic Orders: Delivery within 7-10 days from the order confirmation date.

  • Craft-Based Production: Since each item is handcrafted by artisans, dispatch may take 3-4 working days after order confirmation.

  • Delivery Windows: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

Shipping Charges

  • For Domestic orders we offer free shipping.

  • International duties/taxes (if applicable) on international orders are borne by the customer.

Tracking

Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email.

Address Changes

Allowed only if the order has not yet been shipped, and only within the same state.

Delays

Delivery times may be affected by unforeseen factors (courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, customs, etc.).

Failed Deliveries

If you refuse delivery without prior approval, you will be responsible for shipping charges, duties, and taxes.
