At Suryanagri Craft, every product is handcrafted by rural women artisans, making each piece unique.

Returns & Exchanges

• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified once shipped. We do not accept returns or offer refunds under normal circumstances. Refunds or replacements will only be considered if the item received is damaged or if an incorrect product has been delivered. To request a refund or replacement, an unboxing video clearly showing the issue is mandatory. Without valid video proof, we will not be able to process any claims. Return Pickup

• Reverse pickup is arranged within 7 business days of request by the customer.

• Products must be securely packed to prevent damage.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days after return approval.

• Bank/credit card timelines may vary.

• We will email confirmation once your refund is processed.
