Cancellation & Refund Policy

As our products are handmade and artisan-crafted, slight variations in colour, shade, texture, print placement, stitching, appliqué, patchwork, embroidery, or other details may naturally occur from one piece to another. These variations are an inherent characteristic of handmade products and are not considered defects.

Please also note that our product images are taken during professional photoshoots under controlled lighting and photography conditions. The colour displayed on your screen may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, and photography conditions. Therefore, minor differences in colour, shade, texture, pattern placement, or handmade detailing between the product received and the product images shown on our website will not qualify for a return, replacement, or refund.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Orders can be cancelled or modified only before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds under normal circumstances.
  • Refunds or replacements will only be considered if the item received is incorrect or damaged in transit.
  • Minor variations in colour, shade, texture, print placement, stitching, appliqué, patchwork, embroidery, or other handmade details are not considered defects and will not qualify for a return, replacement, or refund.
  • To request a refund or replacement for an incorrect or damaged product, an unboxing video clearly showing the issue is mandatory.
  • Without valid video proof, we will not be able to process any damage or incorrect-product claims.
  • If the product received is incorrect or damaged, please contact us with your order details and the unboxing video for verification and further assistance.

Return Pickup

  • Reverse pickup is arranged within 7 business days of the return request being approved.
  • Products must be securely packed with the original tags and packaging to prevent damage during the return shipment.
  • The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days after return approval.
  • Bank, credit card, or payment gateway processing timelines may vary depending on the respective financial institution.
  • We will email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
