Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Suryanagri Craft, every product is handcrafted by rural women artisans, making each piece unique.

Returns & Exchanges

• Return requests must be raised within 14 days of delivery.

• To initiate, email contact@suryanagricraft.com with your order number.

• Items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged.

  • In original packaging with Suryanagri tags intact.

Return Pickup

• Reverse pickup is arranged within 7 business days of request.

• Products must be securely packed to prevent damage.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after return approval.

• Bank/credit card timelines may vary.

• We will email confirmation once your refund is processed.

Exchanges

• Exchange orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days after receiving the returned item.

Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable

• Customized or perishable items are not eligible for return/refund.
