Shipping Policy  Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of

your order, we will contact you via email or phone.


Shipping Time
Domestic Shipping: Orders will be delivered within 3 to 4 weeks from the date of order confirmation.

Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs delays, and other unforeseen circumstances

 

After confirmation of the order from our customer support team, products are couriered within 7-10 working days. Because each craftsman and artisan’s process is unique, shipping times may vary.

As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information. Address change will be accepted only if the order has not been shipped. Address change is only possible if the new location is within the same state. Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9 am to 7 pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

The cost of shipping varies with your destination country. Delivery charges vary depending on the value of the shopping cart.

If you refuse your order without authorization, or any part of it upon delivery, you will be responsible for all shipping, duties, and taxes.
